Personally, I prefer Screenshot Crop & Share because of these advanced editing features. These include: annotation (lines, shapes, highlighting), redaction (blur sensitive content), cropping (self-explanatory and super useful), and OCR (the ability to extract screenshot text so you can copy/paste it). This makes it easy to take other kinds of screenshots as well, which LongShot offers no easy way to doĪlthough it lacks auto-scroll or the ability to precisely fine-tune how screenshots are stitched together, unlike LongShot, Screenshot Crop & Share offers other screenshot editing features after capture. By contrast, you have to open LongShot first, which I would often forget to do. In contrast to LongShot, which can only do scrolling screenshots, Screenshot Crop & Share can also detect when you take a screenshot and automatically launch itself - this is a big feature for me.
